Yesterday morning, I received a call from Lorne Futlonberg. Lorne is a reporter for WILX Channel 10 News. He asked if he could interview me on any new tax changes for 2014. Of course I graciously accepted.
At the time that Lorne called, it was about 10am. He said he can be at my office by 11:30am. Wow! Here I am thinking we would be scheduling a good time later this week for the both of us for the interview. Nope. We are getting this done now. For the next hour and a half I drop everything I am doing to prepare for the interview.
Lorne arrived right around 11:30am. We get set up and do the interview. It was fun and not too stressful. The interview took about 20 to 30 minutes. At the end of the interview, I ask when this will be aired. Lorne said today at 6pm. I thinking really? That is quick. I tell my beautiful wife to set the DVR.
To my surprise, there I am at the beginning of channel 10 news. The interview was one of the main stories. What a good experience!
